Mentaur — Cedar Rapids, Iowa

I don't think alone.

In 1997 a computer beat the world chess champion. What came next was more interesting: a human paired with a machine beat both. Mentaur teaches teams and individuals to work that way — and builds the systems to prove it works.

The wedge

I enable this because I build this.

The AI training market is full of people who have never shipped anything. They teach frameworks. They hand out prompt libraries. Their slides age out in a quarter.

I run a multi-agent pipeline that has published novels and podcasts. I built and shipped a production AI receptionist that books real jobs on its own. I took roughly six hundred engineers through a tooling migration in a certified environment and have the adoption numbers to show what changed.

That's the difference. I'm not explaining a thing I read about. I'm showing you a thing I run.

Proof of work

Two systems I built. One room I changed.

The first two say I can do this. The third says it works on other people.

40+Concurrent agents

Writers' Room

A production multi-agent system: 15 specialized agent types, structured handoffs, quality gates. It has shipped published novels, a completed musical, and two ongoing podcast series. Not a prototype — a pipeline that produces finished work.

24/7Answering, unattended

CallCatcherPro

A production AI receptionist built on the Claude API with Python, Vue.js, and AWS. Handles live inbound calls, natural-language booking, and inquiry routing for small businesses. Concept to code to answering the phone.

11–44×Adoption growth, four quarters

It works on other people

Everyone has sat through the inspiring session that changed nothing. Leading a ~600-engineer migration at a Tier 1 aerospace manufacturer, I built a generative AI workflow that cut documentation-to-script review from days to hours — and the training moved the whole org: engineers actively trained up ~11×, pipeline runs ~39×, merge requests ~44×.

How to work with me

Start at whichever rung you need.

Most people start with a seminar, find the one workflow that changes their week, and come back when they want it inside their team.

Seminars

Come see it run

Evening and weekend sessions in the Cedar Rapids corridor. Watch a real multi-agent system work, then leave with one thing you can use before bed.

Enablement

Get your team building

On-site training, workflow design, and adoption programs that move a whole group from curious to productive. The thing I've done at aerospace scale, sized for you.

Consulting

Have it built for you

When you'd rather have the system than learn to build it. Applied AI development on frontier models — scoped, prototyped, shipped.

Seminars

Dates are being set now.

Two tracks are coming: Don't Work Alone, for owners and teams who know AI matters and want a place to start — and Don't Write Alone, for writers and creators who want a real production pipeline, not a chatbot.

Leave an email and you'll hear about dates before they're public. Nothing else.
